Aaahhh, the beach... Is there anything better? Go and take a morning walk on the Smathers Beach and watch the sunrise and the beginning of another day in this paradise. Join a yoga class that suits you or maybe try a new style of yoga to stretch your comfort zone. Yoga is a spiritual, mental, and physical practice that’s been around for centuries. It offers so many benefits, maybe if you have not try it yet, this vacation might be the start of a new way to destress and do wonders for you body that you can continue back at home as well. You don't need anything special to start.. just pair of shorts and a T-shirt and the local places will provide you with the mat.
